Which litter is most popular?

Our litter box is made from recycled materials, and is 89% cardboard and 11% plastic. It can be recycled just like a carton can be!

What is the box made of?

By default, litter orders are set to ship automatically every 4 weeks. (But we're here to help customize a shipping plan for cats with specialized needs!)

How do recurring shipments work?

You can start making adjustments to your membership as soon as you place your first order. Log in to make changes on your own, or by sending a message to our Support Team - we're always happy to help!

When can I make adjustments to my membership?

To help your cat transition, sprinkle some of your cat's old litter on top of the new litter. We recommend adding about a half-inch to an inch of your existing litter on top of the Kitty Poo Club litter - and let your cat's walking gradually stir the litters together.

How do I transition my kitty to the new litter?

The Standard litter box is recommend for most cats up to 20 lbs and the XL litter box is recommend for most cats over 20 lbs.

Are there discounts for multiple boxes?

Non-clumping litters absorb the urine inside the litter crystal, keeping the litter box hygienic and smelling fresh! That means no urine clumps to remove - just scoop out the poo and give the litter a stir!

What does 'non-clumping' mean?

The dimensions of our standard litter box are 19&quot; x 15&quot; x 10&quot; and it's designed for cats up to 20 lbs. We also offer an XL Litter Box for larger cats (20+ lbs) that measures 22&quot; x 18&quot; x 10&quot;. You can add an XL Dome to increase the height of the XL Litter Box by 5 inches as well. We recommend purchasing 2-3 bags of litter to fill the XL Litter Box. The entrance for both boxes is 8.75 inches off the ground. If your kitty needs a lower entrance, there is a perforated piece that can be removed, lowering the height of the entrance to 5.25 inches.

How big are your litter boxes?

A dome is great for cats who tend to kick and fling litter out of the box when digging, or for those who like to spray - and it also helps to give them a little added privacy.
